What the service does
pulseSign accepts a document, lets the people involved draw a signature on it, and produces a PDF containing those signatures.
What it does not promise
- It does not tell you whether your agreement is enforceable. That depends on your agreement and your jurisdiction, and pulseSign takes no position on it.
- The output is not tamper-evident. It is an ordinary PDF with no cryptographic seal. Anyone with a PDF editor can change it, and the file itself will not reveal that.
- It does not verify who anyone is. Signing needs only the link. pulseSign records that the link was opened and a signature was drawn — not that a particular person drew it.
- It is provided as is, without a guarantee of availability or of fitness for a particular purpose.
Using it fairly
- Send documents only to people who expect them.
- Do not use pulseSign to impersonate anyone, or to send documents you have no right to send.
- A signing link is a key: anyone holding it can sign. Share it only with the person meant to sign.
